Spiritual self-care:

Self-care is very important for living standard life. Taking proper care of yourself and making an effort to prioritize the well-being of your own existence is important. Spiritual self-care consists of the series of actions we take to develop a connection with our higher self. This part of ourselves is the real us and what matters a lot is only ourselves. Practicing spiritual self-care leads to greater inner satisfaction, peace of mind, and alignment with core values.
